BOOK GROUP READING FOR 2016-2017

The Book Group for both Deer Park and Calvin folk meets monthly 8 times a year on the second Tuesday at 7:00pm.  Everyone is welcome. *** Note: In September the group will meet on the third Tuesday.

THE CHILDREN'S WORSHIP CENTRE

After the children's time in the sanctuary, children ages 2-10 are invited to go upstairs with a storyteller and a greeter to the worship centre. The worship centre is a sacred space for our children. They sing, hear the word of God, and have the opportunity to respond with stories, art, prayer and a feast! The program is focussed on telling Biblical stories in tactile and engaging ways and is based on the Montessori method of education.

RECYCLING PROGRAM – BATTERIES & INK CARTRIDGES
There are plastic collection containers on the shelves at the back of the sanctuary and also at the east entrance (on top of the mailboxes). Drop off your used batteries and printer cartridges in the appropriate bin and we will take them to be recycled.
