Deer Park United Church is an active participant in ecumenical shared ministry with Calvin Presbyterian Church, in their beautiful site on Delisle Street in Mid-town Toronto. Our services and many activities are combined. The boards, budgets, and personnel committees are separate.
After 11 years at Deer Park United Church, and more than 40 years as clergy for the United Church of Canada, our beloved Rev. Dr. Deborah Hart recently retired. We are seeking a new minister who wants to become part of our harmonious shared ministry with Calvin Presbyterian and Rev. Dr. Emily Bisset. Our choir, led by innovative director Thomas Burton, will enrich your Sunday services.

Administrator: Sharon Adamson
Sharon is the personal face of the church during the week and the provider of administrative support services. She has worked as field director for a national market research firm and for many years was general manager for the Royal Canadian College of Organists. Aside from her work at the church, her primary interests are music and researching her family history. She has been a member of the Toronto Chamber Choir for many years and also serves on the board of Exultate Chamber Singers. As for the family history, with names like “Smith” and “Jones” in her tree, it’s a good thing that she enjoys a bit of a challenge!
